Lately, I’ve found myself reflecting on the incredible young women I have the privilege of working with 1:1.
Girls who are learning to navigate friendships, pressure, competition, confidence, self-doubt, comparison and everything in between.
And while the world often celebrates the visible achievements, it’s the quieter wins that leave me in awe.
The girl who finally speaks up when something doesn’t feel right.
The athlete who learns to trust herself under pressure.
The young person who stops measuring her worth against everyone around her.
The girl who begins to recognise her own strengths instead of only focusing on her flaws.
The athlete who walks into competition feeling nervous, but no longer controlled by those nerves.
The girl who starts to believe that who she is is already enough.
These are the moments that matter.
Not because they come with trophies, certificates or applause.
But because they change the way a young person experiences their life.
Every week I am reminded that understanding yourself, backing yourself and learning to navigate life’s challenges with courage, self-awareness and self-belief will always prove a success.
And honestly, what a privilege it is to walk alongside these girls as they discover just how capable they truly are 🤍
