PSH Centre (Victoria) PSH Therapy Private Subconscious-mind Therapy works with the inner, underlying causes of the symptoms that trouble us.

It is a gentle, short interventions therapy that triggers your unconscious mind into action. PSH has a tried, tested and researched success rate for triggering our mind's inbuilt mechanism for self-healing. By dealing with the subconscious, we don't need to bring past pains to the surface. The subconscious can deal with the underlying causes and over time we notice that bad habits, sadness, anger

and fear ease off and disappear. Past clients have reported everything from stopping smoking and overeating to overcoming insomnia, migraines and depression. The long term repetition of unconscious messages learned in our formative years, such as "I'm not good enough" or "Mum loves me best when I'm sick", leads to imbalances in the neuro-chemistry of the brain. These imbalances can only be addressed at a subconscious level which is why just talking about it rarely works, in the long run.
