Don’t take things personally…. 
Easier said than done ….
We are humans…with feelings…needs…
We are souls having a human experience….
We are all divine & sovereign beings….
We are all beloved children of the universe…..
We are all perfectly imperfect…
We are all on various levels of consciousness & evolution….
We are all programmed to survive…
We all must graduate through the school of hard knocks….
Earth Medicine
Naturally…we need to belong….
We often find it hard to self reflect…
To see or step away from toxic or destructive patterns or relationships…
Nobody sits well nor likes to be on the receiving end of projection, unfair judgements, wrongly accused, targeted, back stabbed, resented, or to be unfairly character assassinated.
We don’t like nor take criticism easily ….
However….we can & need to learn to receive constructive feedback with pure & good intention…..
There’s the million dollar question …
Is what you are facing constructive or destructive….manipulation, biased & agenda driven?
A mighty life lesson to master….
Conflict is often an opportunity to grow…
To let go…to make decisions…
Actions…reactions…
You are free to say & do whatever you choose…
Humans have this gift called free will…
But you are not free from the consequences for actions…
The trick is…
To respond….not react….
Many moons ago…when I was naive…when I believed everyone could find the goodness within…..when I could get hurt, or betrayed by others stupidity, insincerity or betrayals, tricks or games ….…
When I was young & foolish…
I soon learnt…the hard way…
People aren’t all made the same ….
I was perplexed humans could be that way…could treat others that way…with such cruelty, distain, targeting, malicious, resentment, vindictive, spiteful, ignorant…..
That people lie, verbal diarrhoea, spew venom…just to deflect & save themselves.
That people will be shallow & savages…
That you will be chewed up, spat out & used up as they heartlessly throw you under a bus…to save themselves….
To be cruel ….
To preserve their illusion & games….
To not want to communicate openly & truthfully…
To not want to grow up…
To self loathe..to self sabotage…
To partake in a dog eat dog existence…
It truly shocked me to my core….
I had to accept….people can only meet you at their level of awareness….consciousness…truth….reality….
It rocked me & my world….
My pure love & light….
Simply couldn’t comprehend how souls can get so lost & fail to see each other….
I was made so different…
I was not the same…morals, values, respect, integrity, loved, lived, cared, walked, talked…so differently…like from another vintage…another timeline…another mould…all my life….I was born soul deep….
My mum always teaching me…
Jenny Lee rise above it…or it will devour your love & light….forgive them…for they do not know…nor understand…it’s not up to you…it’s for them…their lessons…
Love will always show you the way….
Few new or remember true love, it’s healing powers & how to follow its path to peace & happiness….
Yet it also showed me how many simply don’t know how to connect, relate, speak truth…to be real…to unite not divide…
To build …not break….
But sadly many don’t know…how they can, could or should treat others like that….
How they are not loving, living & being their truth…why they will & need to hurt others…
Misery loves company….
Is beyond comprehension….
To hurt rather than heal…
To hate rather than love…
I was once told…
Jenny…would you go to them for wise counsel?
Do you respect them & their opinion?
Boom….
There was my truth bomb ….
No ….
Then why does their opinion, gossip or judgements of you matter?
Light bulb moment đź’ˇ
You cannot give…what you do not have 🌟
You cannot give…from a broken cup 🌟
When we heal…when we self love…self nurture…have the power of introspection…
We take back control of our feelings, worth, values, life & outside influences….
We become empowered….
We won’t take on what isn’t ours…
We put up strong healthy boundaries….
We won’t suffer needlessly anymore…
We all want to be loved …..
for everyone to like us, be happy, agree….
but honestly….that’s impossible….
But we can agree to disagree…
We can learn to listen to another’s opinion or point of view….
When masks fall….
Believe them…what you see…what you feel…
The excuses….
The empty promises …
The lip service…
Actions & inactions speak volumes….
Because if someone cares….
You will find a way to meet half way…
To break the impass…to reach out…
If not…you will find miscommunication, judgemental, gossip, divide & conquer, hidden agendas, knives in your back & heart….
Pick your battles wisely….
Some…are only there to push your buttons, teach you to grow, and show you everything you never want to be….
To literally force you out of a wasted timeline, relationship or dysfunctional connection…
It’s gone way past it’s use by date…
It’s simply toxic…
A dead end…
Death to your life force energy, peace & happiness.
Earth Medicine is here….
That means….
We all must take our medicine to ground, centre, balance….
To feel safe, seen, heard, understood…
To prune the dead wood…
To allow our Tree of Life to shed & flourish…
To send down the tap root…deeply into the earths core…
To activate our Earth Star Chakra
To create heaven on earth…
To say …
I’m here…
I am safe to be all of me…
Then & only then …
Will life & you flourish ….
Find the people, tribe, lover, friends, family that feeds & satiates all your earthly needs….
Many feed an aspect, or deliver another slice of your life’s pie…to help make or complete your life’s story.
Not the toxic, dysfunctional connections of the past…that contaminated, destroyed & ravaged your life story.
Your new life, new vibration, new way to be a human being ….not a human doing….
Awaits…
Master self ….
master your life lessons …
Earth medicine…is the masters key…
To come home to self ….
