A heartfelt thank you to YogaDayGlobal for the opportunity to share the wisdom of Ayurveda with such an inspiring community of yoga teachers, practitioners, and wellness enthusiasts.
During our session, we briefly explored some of Ayurveda’s most fundamental concepts, including the importance of Agni, the formation of Ama, the influence of our natural circadian rhythms, and the Ayurvedic principle that balance is often restored through opposites.
Most importantly, we discussed how simple daily routines can have a profound impact on our health, energy, digestion, sleep, and overall wellbeing. Ayurveda teaches us that lasting wellness is not found in quick fixes, but in the small, consistent habits we practice every day.
It was wonderful to see so much curiosity, engagement, and openness to integrating these timeless principles into modern life.
