What is bowel cancer?
Bowel cancer, also known as colorectal cancer, develops in the large intestine (colon) or re**um. It often begins as small growths called polyps, which can become cancerous over time. Early detection and healthy lifestyle habits play a key role in prevention.

Regular recreational physical activity can reduce the risk of colon cancer by up to 16%.
The good news is that staying active doesn't have to be complicated. Aim for at least 30 minutes of activity every day that gets your heart rate up. As your fitness improves, work toward 60 minutes of activity or increase the intensity of your exercise.
