let's practice contentment.
Contentment
is Not thin thighs
is Not a flat tummy
is Not a firm butt
is Not body strength
is Not great balance
Contentment
is Not having a wish list
is Not having a set of goals
is Not a list of motivational sayings
Contentment
is just being you and really loving it
is just being present here and now
is the actual process of yoga
So just come to yoga class this evening ,just do it now .
