We have Barbara Gilbery offering Bowen therapy healing on Thursday 14th May in our clinic. DM or phone Barbara directly for availability.

Bowen therapy targets the fascia (the soft connective tissue covering muscles, organs, tendons, ligaments) and mechanoreceptors in the tissues. Practitioners use their thumbs and fingers to make precise, gentle rolling or cross-fiber movements over specific points on the body.
