Threw together something for an early lunch, to get me through the rest of my Box Divvy pack.

Lions mane, Shiitake, button mushrooms, fried off in some garlic and coconut oil. With fresh thyme and chives from my garden and some ham thrown in for good measure.

Fresh turmeric latte paste made tonight in the Thermomix.
Made a couple of turmeric lattes with some coconut cream, hot water and a touch of honey, while the Thermomix cleaned itself 😉

Perfect winter hot drink, great for the immune system and gut flora as well as being delicious.
