You're not failing, you are carrying more than people see.

When life is already full, another complicated routine is not the answer.

You don't need a 5am plan, a strict meal plan, or another list of rules that make you feel guilty for breaking.

Sometimes, we just need permission to start smaller than all of that.

One small thing to start the day, a pause for yourself in the middle and a tool to help you unwind from the day.

That is what Journey Back to Yourself is about.

Thirty days
Three small moments

You don't need to wait for a quieter season, you need to allow yourself to protect three small moments.

The reality of “end of month” as a homeschooling Mum with 5 kiddos 🤪

It’s permanent chaos in this house and whilst I’d love nothing more than to sit with my cuppa and sort end of month in peace, the reality is, there is always someone hanging around!

So if you have ever received a random emoji, a half-written message, or a voice note with a random scream in the background… this is why 🤣

But honestly, I’m learning not to wait for a perfectly quiet house, more spare time, or for life to feel less full before I pursue something I love.

I’m building this amongst homeschooling, snack requests, little people underfoot (or on tables) and all the very normal chaos of family life.

Why, because raising little ones doesn’t mean you have to put every part of yourself on hold.

It can be messy. It can be loud. It can look nothing like the polished version you imagined ... and it can still be something that is yours.

Some seasons don't feel inspiring, they feel heavy.

Like every time you catch your breath, life throws something else your way.

You're exhausted.
The baby isn't sleeping.
You're carrying things no one else can see, and showing up is the last thing you feel like doing.

This was one of those moments for me.

Holding my baby, feeling completely uncomfortable.
Wondering if I even belonged in the room.

Yet I stayed.

Not because it was easy.
Not because I felt confident.
I stayed because I've realised something...

Growth rarely happens when we feel comfortable.

It happens when we choose to show up anyway.
When we stay in the room.
When we keep taking one small step, even when life keeps asking more of you than you thought you had to give!!

If you're in a season where it feels like you're taking one hit after another, let this is your reminder ... You don't have to have it all together to keep moving forward.

Sometimes, the bravest thing you'll do today is simply show up.

If this found you at the right time, leave a 🤍 so I know I'm not walking this road alone.

I asked my kids who they think needs essential oils in their life (and apparently, my kids are paying way more attention than I realised).

Their answers reminded me that this doesn’t have to be complicated.

Oils aren’t just for people who already “know what they’re doing.”
They’re for busy families, tired mums, hard-working bodies, seasonal sniffles, big feelings, and everyday life.

I love that my kids are growing up seeing wellness as something we can reach for in simple, practical ways.

Not perfect.
Not fancy.
Just part of how we care for each other.

If you’ve ever wondered where oils might actually fit into your life, this is your gentle reminder, it doesn’t have to be complicated.

Start with the people in your home.
Start with the need in front of you.
Start simple.

The point is, just start!

I did a thing ... I set a goal and I smashed it out of the park!!

5 kids, homeschooling and the general day to day running of a household. I promise you, there were days where it seemed so far out of reach that I wanted to give up ... but my mother didn't raise a quitter.

There are so many people out there that are willing to put you down, to rain on your parade, to tell you it can't be done.

Well, guess what, I'm here to tell you, you can achieve anything you put your mind to!

I'm incredibly blessed to be in business with some of the kindest people on this planet. They stand in my corner and cheer the loudest when things get tough. For that, I am eternally grateful 🥰

Today was a good day!

Despite raining on and off all morning, Mr12 was determined to catch up with the boys and hit the trails.

Has he ever ridden more than a pump track, no.
Did he slip on jumps, yes.
Did he eat mud attempting to ride uphill, yes.
Was he cold and wet, yes.

Do you know what though, he had a smile from ear to ear. He absolutely loved it, grazes, wet clothes ... you could even say he was as happy as a pig in mud 😉

Homeschooling for the win ... again!

Collagen in a wine glass because apparently alcohol isn’t socially acceptable at 9am 🫠

The baby’s not sleeping.
This mumma is tired.
The washing’s still there.
The homeschool table is questionable at best.

But I’m learning that wellness isn’t about having it all together.

Sometimes it looks like:
• supporting your body anyway
• choosing small things that help
• laughing at the chaos instead of fighting it
• and taking care of yourself in the middle of real life

Because burnt out mums don’t magically recover by continuing to run on empty.

So today we’re doing collagen in a wine glass and calling it balance 😂🤍

Somewhere between the school lessons…
the snack requests…
the work, the washing, and keeping everyone else going…

A lot of women forget that they matter too!

The energy.
The confidence.
The version of you that feels strong, clear, and fully alive.

That’s why I’m so excited about dōTERRA Wellness Your Way 2026.

Two days to step out of the everyday…
learn from incredible leaders in wellness…
support your hormones, energy, metabolism, and mental load…
and reconnect with the woman underneath all the responsibilities.

Because sometimes growth doesn’t happen when you keep pushing harder.
Sometimes it happens when you finally give yourself permission to be poured into too.

If you’ve been craving space to learn, grow, and step back into your own power… this is for you 🤍

* Mother’s Day Blending Workshop *

Mother’s Day can be beautiful, but it can also be full - full of organising, giving, showing up, and holding space for everyone else.

A Moment for Mum is a calm, ocean-side essential oil blending workshop created for mums to pause, breathe, connect, and make something meaningful to take home.

We’ll gather outdoors by the ocean, explore a selection of beautiful essential oils, and gently tune into how we want to feel in this season of motherhood - grounded, rested, joyful, steady, soft, supported, or simply more like ourselves.

Each guest will create a personalised roller blend to take home, along with a simple intention or affirmation to support the way they want to feel.

Come as you are, take a breath by the ocean, and leave with a blend made just for you.

This workshop is suitable for mums attending on their own, or for a mother and child to enjoy together as a meaningful Mother’s Day experience.

Saturday 9th May at 7.30am, Shellharbour.

People see the Zoom calls … the events … the late nights building something from home.

But what they don’t always see,
is what’s happening behind the screen.

A husband who walks in from a full day of work,
and instead of switching off, he steps in.
He cuddles the baby.
He cooks the dinner.
He holds space for me whilst I build something that matters.

This business was never just about oils, or income, or “having something of my own.”
It was about building a life that works for all of us.

If you’ve ever wondered what building something alongside motherhood could actually look like ... just say Hi 👋🏻
