Day #2 of sticking by the bet I had with Aaron from our football game on Saturday night! 🎉🤮 still love the tigers!! 🐯

To make this more special, Aaron typed up a letter to me, thanking me for the special day for him and handed it to me laminated!
I started tearing up when I read this!! 😭😭😭 in front of everyone 😱
It’s moments like this that make you really appreciate what you do just that bit more!!! ❤️

I have now placed this letter on our wall off participant success in our NEW hub!! To remind not only myself but also our team for the amazing efforts and work we all do, working towards the goals of our participants and now with this newly created wall, we will to be able show progress with all our participants and remind us all, that we are in this together to make a real difference and kick goals! 👏👏👏

Aaron came to me a few weeks ago with a plan, he wanted to attend the Richmond vs Western Bulldogs football game with myself, I said sure buddy, this is a great idea, but let’s work towards your travel training goal, as this is our mission to strive towards the goals of each of our participants!! ❤️
Aaron has done extremely well, Aaron organised the football tickets, parking, and even had his maps on his phone upon arrival with the parking address, to even further his amazing organisation skills. Aaron had mapped out our walk from parking to Marvel stadium for the game AND all the times he had written down to make sure we were there with plenty of time to look at the AFL shop and have dinner, we were on point with these times!!
I could not be more proud of this huge achievement from Aaron and the staff who supported him throughout the process!! 🥰

Aaron wanted to have a bet with me as well! He said if Western Bulldogs win I need to wear a Western Bulldogs scarf all week and reverse if the Richmond Tigers won!! 😂😂

Well guess who will be wearing a Western Bulldogs scarf all week, this week!!🙌🙌🙌

What a great night it was!! 🥰
Watch this space to see myself endure the pain of wearing the Western Bulldogs scarf on this week!! 🤮😂🫡

Today Aaron wanted to do something different and spontaneous. 👏👏👏
Aaron and Dana decided to explore Nagambie and surrounds to see some new sites, visit some new spaces and explore whilst soaking up this beautiful day!! Aaron was so excited after today he has even called me with lots of excitement wanting to express how he had a great day! 🫶🫶🫶
This just makes everything we do, so much more for us!!! ❤️
