We know our wait times are long and we really appreciate your patience and understanding.

Plus, we have an extended waitlist of people patiently waiting for an appointment.
We completely understand that life happens - kids get sick, work pops up, plans change and sometimes you simply forget!
If you can’t make your appointment, all we ask is for a friendly phone call to let us know. That little phone call means we can offer your appointment to someone else who may have been waiting weeks (or months!) to get in.
Our reception team are working incredibly hard behind the scenes to accommodate everyone, juggle cancellations, manage the waitlist and find appointments wherever we can. They’re doing their absolute best!
So, in the spirit of “teamwork makes the dream work” please give us a call if you need to cancel or reschedule.
