Even on the final session we had 3 new people come along to experience a session.

Making for a total of 73 people over the past 18 weeks.

Well done for challenging yourself and trying something different.

Whether it was 1 min or the full 3 mins, I’m proud of you for giving it a go.

I’ll certainly miss seeing you all each week.

…and the final week has arrived.

When I started this I had no idea how it would go, but it quickly became a highlight of my weekend and many others.

The buzz of doing something hard brings people back week after week.

We all still have a split moment of hesitation just before we get in…but once we slow the breathing, drop the shoulders and sit in the calmness…time flies.

Thankyou to everyone who has made this a welcoming and supportive community. I really appreciate you.

Also, we will be gathering as a group at Elsewhere at Sam for one last get together.
