🌱Billabong Garden Complex has reached an Incredible Milestone!🌱

This week, the team at Billabong Garden Complex celebrated an exciting achievement, reaching 5,000 batches of potted plants!

Over the past 10 years, the team has propagated and potted approximately 500,000 plants across 5,000 batches. It's a remarkable achievement and a true reflection of their dedication, hard work, and passion for horticulture.

Congratulations to everyone involved in this fantastic accomplishment. It's a milestone the whole team should be proud of. 👏

This is Ben! 👋🌳
Ben is a supported employee at Billabong and has recently completed an Occupational Health and Safety Representative Training Course at GOTAFE in Shepparton.
Approaching the course with a fantastic attitude, Ben gained valuable knowledge and practical skills that will benefit both himself and the wider team. His dedication to workplace safety is something to be proud of.
We caught up with Ben at Billabong, where he’s been working since 2013 to ask him a few questions about the course. Ben shared that during the course, he especially enjoyed learning the “why” behind safety practices and gaining skills he can apply every day.
Now stepping into his role as OHS Representative alongside Sally, Ben is committed to helping keep everyone safe and ensuring OHS standards are met. He says the course has given him a stronger understanding of workplace safety and greater confidence in his role.
Ben encourages anyone considering further training to do it! - highlighting how much the experience has helped grow his skills and confidence.
We’re incredibly proud of Ben and can’t wait to see the positive impact he will continue to make. 🙌
