Nobody loves getting into an ice bath.

Let's be really clear about that.

One year of Izzy.
And honestly......where do we even start.

Iz came into Renue and just got it, she slotted in like she'd always been here.

She started her Certificate III in Business through a traineeship with us because showing up was never enough for her. She's here to grow.

She is without a doubt Keelie 2.0. Which depending on the day is either the highest compliment or a mild concern.

How we get through a shift together without going completely off track is a mystery we'll never solve. But somehow we do and Renue is better for it.🀍

When you're stressed the worst thing you can do is overcomplicate your recovery.

I see it all the time. People Google "how to fix burnout" and end up with a 47 step morning routine that adds more overwhelm to an already overwhelmed nervous system.

Less. Is. More.

When your body is stressed it doesn't need more input. It needs less.

Less decisions. Less noise. Less doing.
