✨ I’m off on an adventure! ✨

For the next few weeks, I’ll be wandering through magical lands, exploring ancient places and perhaps even trying my luck at falling through the stones! 🏰🌿🧚‍♀️

I’ll be taking a little break from posting while I soak up every moment, fill my creative cup and gather plenty of inspiration along the way!

But don’t worry, I’ll return refreshed, recharged and ready to spread even more loving kindness 🫶✨

All of my upcoming workshops, retreats and TAOLK experiences are now available on my website, so you can still discover what’s coming and book something magical for when I return!

There is something incredibly special about being invited into another woman’s retreat space. 🫶✨

I feel so honoured every time Kath Smith welcomes me into her circles to share a little piece of The Art of Loving Kindness.

But what stays with me most is always the women!

Women who arrive with their own stories, their own seasons, their own reasons for being there… and somehow, through creativity, conversation, laughter, reflection and a little bit of magic, begin connecting more deeply with themselves and one another.

Thank you, Kath, for continuing to create spaces where women can gather, soften, explore and simply be themselves. And thank you to every beautiful woman who lets me sit beside her for a little while and witness what unfolds.

It really is an honour. ✨🫶

And a special shout-out to my beautiful friend Simone, who is always putting her hand up to help me make these spaces and experiences that little bit more special. I’m so grateful for everything you do for TAOLK — and for me!

🦋 WHAT IF YOUR ART COULD TALK? 🦋

These beautiful butterflies were created at our last Butterfly Effect Workshop and I still can’t get over how different they all are!

Same workshop.
Same butterfly beginning.
Completely different stories. 💛

Alignment. Joy Rising. Transparency. Let Love Choose. The Golden Mirror. Make Room for Joy. Trust What Becomes Clear.

None of these messages were planned before the paint hit the canvas. They emerged through the colours, the patterns, the choices and the little intuitive decisions made along the way.

And THAT is the part I love most. 🦋

Sometimes we create with our hands before our mind has caught up with what we’re trying to say!

What a gorgeous day we had in the TAOLK Studio for our Textured Art Workshop!

From sunflowers and wild blooms to ocean waves, moons and big beautiful textured florals, I absolutely LOVE that everyone started with the same materials, but created something completely their own. 🥰

There is no right or wrong way to create here.

You choose the colours.
You follow the idea.
You play.
You change your mind.
You add another blob of paint because WHY NOT. 😂

And somewhere along the way, something uniquely you appears on the canvas.

Thank you to the beautiful women who spent the day creating with me. I loved seeing your artworks unfold and the magical conversations we shared. 💫

Our next Textured Art Workshop is Saturday 17 October and I already cannot wait to do it all again!
