As an independent Support Coordination company, we value building strong relationships with providers and staying connected within our community.

Today, one of our Support Coordinators attended the Able Meet at Mingara to connect with local providers, strengthen existing relationships, and explore additional support options available for participants.

Collaborating with providers helps us ensure participants have access to quality supports that align with their goals and individual needs.

What started as a vision to provide genuine, independent and participant-focused support has grown into a passionate team dedicated to making meaningful differences in the lives of the people and families we support every day. 🩡

A growing number of people are taking advantage of a new free health service in Newcastle πŸšπŸ§‘β€βš•οΈ

The Street Side Medics van was officially launched today, but has already been operating for a month, staffed by volunteer doctors and registered nurses like Aimee Cassar.

β€œIt’s a constant in those patients lives, so for me being able to give back is really important," said Aimee.

The van is not designed for emergencies but brings vital health services to people experiencing homelessness and those who can't afford healthcare.

The Street Side Medic is located in the grounds of the Salvation Army centre in Cleary Street, Hamilton, and operates every Friday from 10am - 12 noon.

Other services offered on site include free meals and laundry services.
