Head trauma, whether from a knock, fall, or whiplash can leave lasting effects on the body and nervous system. For many people, recovery feels slow, frustrating, and incomplete, with ongoing challenges in vision, hearing, balance, memory, and overall processing.
After impact, the neck flexors can switch off, often destabilising the Atlas (C1). This can make even simple, everyday movements feel difficult and exhausting.
My approach focuses on more than just symptom relief, we work to reset the system at its core. By gently clearing the initial trauma and calming an overactive nervous system, we can help the body shift out of survival mode.
Using a specialised technique called stress indicator release points, we can then release deep muscular tension and restore proper neurological function through reflex pathways which become frazzled or interrupted making signaling often very difficult.
One of the most powerful tools we use is “muscle testing” which shows us exactly what has switched off and allows us to confirm that everything is reactivated, switched back on and is functioning before a client leaves.
These three targeted protocols for head injury, shock, and post-accident trauma can create profound shifts in the neurology and the body.
Clients often notice significant improvements after just one session, helping to fast-track recovery and restore a sense of balance, stability, and more ease with movement, sensory input and output and information processing.
