Do you remember?
When we think about the original Indian terms for what is now widely known as mindfulness in English, some argue that a more fitting translation may be “remembering.”
Remembering what is already here.
Remembering this moment.
Remembering who and what we truly are.
So often, we forget. We get caught in the busyness of life, swept up in thoughts, worries, expectations, and old stories.
At our practice, through the wisdom of the horses, yoga, meditation, and gestalt psychotherapy, we create space to gently remember again, to return to ourselves, to our bodies, to the present moment, and to a deeper sense of connection and belonging.
Perhaps healing is not always about becoming someone new, but about remembering who we are right here and now, and who we have been all along. ✨🐴🧘♀️
