Miracle Workers is owned and operated by a Brazilian couple, Gus and Thais. Managing Miracle Workers since October 2019, their practice is a healing and rehabilitation center for the body, using only proven, natural therapies and treatments.The name was intuitively created by both.The logo means two Brazilian hearts symbolising infinity representing the M and W letters. Adding the green and yellow color which are the colors of Australia and Brazil. Dedicated professionals, Thais and Gus are committed to providing high-quality therapeutic treatments as well as educating clients on how to achieve and maintain their overall health and wellness. Thais is an experienced Remedial Massage therapist and teacher of Reiki healing, a Japanese modality of natural healing, and has many satisfied students. Our therapies are designed to work on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. Our staff are friendly and welcoming and there is a reason people keep coming back: The energy here is amazing! Another beautiful chapter for Miracle Workers 💜✨

Our greeting clients and deliveries reception is now at 37 Boundary St, together with our Couples Room.
We also have a second double treatment room at 39 Boundary St, Room 9.

Why did we decide to have 2 locations side by side?

Because accessibility matters. 👨‍🦼💜

When we first visited 39 Boundary St, that was the only room we planned to lease. But once we saw the stairs and limited access, we felt uncomfortable knowing that not every client would be able to access our services easily.

Then the Universe aligned perfectly with our purpose ✨
The ground floor space at 37 Boundary St became available exactly when we needed it — with a larger reception area, ramp access, easier entrance, and a treatment room designed to better support clients with disabilities and mobility challenges.

Being part of the NDIS community 💜 is more than a registration for us. It is a commitment to inclusion, care, dignity, and healing for everyone.

Today we officially handed over the building at 79 Russell Street.

Many people thought we moved too quickly, but the truth is this decision came after months of stress, lease disputes, difficult negotiations and trying to fight for fairness.

The building was old and presenting ongoing hazards to our clients and team. After the incident on 08.12.25, I no longer felt supported or protected as a tenant. I tried everything possible, including requesting rent relief and reimbursement of outgoings we had been paying for years that we should never have been charged for. Those requests were denied twice, and eventually I had to engage a solicitor.

What started as a fight for justice slowly became a battle that affected my mental health, my family and my marriage. In the end, I chose peace over conflict.

We leave with no bitterness, only lessons, strength and gratitude for every client who trusted us through this chapter.

Now it is time to close this door and begin a new chapter with more alignment, purpose and peace.

Dear clients, thank you for your patience during this transition period.

For the next 2 months, Miracle Workers will be operating with portable internet while we prepare our new permanent location. Because of how HICAPS and some health funds work, occasional claiming interruptions may happen with certain providers when using a mobile terminal.

Some health funds require a fixed ethernet connection to process claims securely. If this happens during your appointment, we will always do our best to provide an easy alternative solution.

Dear Clients,
After incident in December where the ceiling collapsed in one of our treatment rooms, we decided that was time to say goodbye to 79 Russell Street.

For the past 7 years, this space has been much more than just a clinic to us. We have worked incredibly hard to create a warm, peaceful, and welcoming environment for every client who walked through our doors. We always did our very best to maintain and care for the space with dedication, love, and attention to detail, and we are deeply grateful for all the memories created there over the years.

As we begin this new chapter, we would like to inform you that from 20.05.26, Miracle Workers will be treating clients from our temporary location at:
37–39 Boundary Street, West End
Gallery Residences
Street parking is available nearby, and additional parking is available at Coles Supermarket.
During this transition, we will operate with two treatment rooms, no reception, and a smaller team, with Thais leading most sessions. We will continue with team members Luana, Kuri,Guan and Luiz on alternate days.

7 years of Miracle Workers ✨
What a journey it has been.
From the very beginning, Miracle Workers was built on belief — belief in people, in growth, in creating something meaningful. Over these 7 years, we’ve lived through so much. We navigated uncertainty, stood strong through Covid, adapted when everything around us changed, and kept moving forward even when it wasn’t easy.
Along the way, so many incredible humans became part of this story. Team members who gave their energy, their passion, their time — each one leaving a mark on what Miracle Workers is today. To every single person who walked this path with us: thank you. You are part of this legacy.
But with time comes evolution.
And right now… we are standing at the edge of something new.

On 08.12.2025, my daughter’s 7th birthday, something happened that confirmed what we had been warning about for months.

Since February 2025, we had been informing the property manager and landlords that the ceiling in one of our rooms was unsafe and at risk of collapsing. By April 2025, we instructed our staff to stop using the room for treatments because we did not feel it was safe. All of this is documented.

The issue was related to termite activity in the building, and unfortunately the treatment and renovation took too long. Eventually, the ceiling collapsed.

Thankfully, no team member or client was injured.

We have always treated this place with love and care. However, structural damage is beyond the responsibility of a tenant. Despite multiple attempts to reach a fair solution with the landlords, no agreement or rental relief was offered.

At the time, we were operating 5 rooms instead of our usual 6, which already meant 20% less capacity, while still paying $7,000 per month in rent.

We were told the incident was “only visual and aesthetic,” which was difficult for us to accept considering the safety risk.

After many attempts to resolve this situation, we have decided to stop fighting and move forward.

We simply want to operate our business with dignity and respect.

Miracle Workers is bigger than a location — it’s a brand.
For years we have provided high-quality Remedial Massage and healing therapies to our community.

We see clients arrive in pain and sometimes leave walking freely again.
We see people regain mobility, relief, and hope.

We are proud of the work we do and grateful for the community that supports us.

And we will find a new place where our work, our team, and our business are respected both as tenants and as professionals.
