Here is a quick snippet of what our digital 3D design process looks like. We scan, we design and then we make it. 🎨

Designing dentures involve precise measurements down to the micron (0.001mm). A person will notice a grain of sand (about 62 microns) or salt (on average 50 microns). It is very important we take extra care in the the design process so we don't create discomfort. 🏖

For the mechanics out there a modern crankshaft/piston bearing has a tolerance of 5-100 microns). 🚗
