Feeling so incredibly grateful today.

The Retreat in Ferguson Valley is officially full, and I just want to say the biggest thank you to every beautiful woman who has chosen to join me this October.

Thank you for trusting me with your time, your energy and your precious space to rest. 🌿

I’m so looking forward to retreating with you all…..slowing down, nourishing ourselves, connecting, laughing, moving, breathing and simply being.

I have a feeling it’s going to be something really special. ✨

A dear friend, extraordinary yoga teacher, Reiki Master, massage therapist, co-facilitator of many Spanda events, and deeply committed yogini, she brings her whole heart, and her beautiful smile, to everything she does.

If you've ever practised with Nea, you'll know she has a rare gift for making every student feel seen, heard and respected. Whether she's leading a strong Vinyasa flow that leaves your legs delightfully burning, guiding a creative Gentle Hatha class, or holding space in a deeply nourishing Yin practice, she teaches with presence, warmth and genuine care.
