These are very good orthotics. You may order these through Launceston Bowen Therapy.

👣 𝑹𝒆𝒂𝒍 𝒄𝒐𝒓𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒕𝒂𝒌𝒆𝒔 𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆.

Our active orthotics flex with every step — helping to activate muscles, stretch tendons and encourage your feet to function more naturally again. Because of this, your body may need time to adjust.

Some people notice:
✔ Different muscles working
✔ Mild soreness or stretching sensations
✔ Changes in posture or alignment
✔ Gradual improvement rather than instant relief

This can be a normal part of the process. Think of it like going back to the gym after a long break — muscles and tendons need time to strengthen, adapt and move properly again.

If your body has been compensating for years, true correction won’t happen overnight. But with patience and consistency, the long-term benefits can be life-changing.
That’s why many Step Flex customers are still wearing their orthotics 10, 15 and even 20 years later.

You’ve tried stretching, massage, maybe even physio…
but issues keep coming back.

This is something I see all the time—especially with frozen shoulder and upper back tension.

The body can get stuck in a pattern where it simply doesn’t reset properly.

I use a gentle technique to help your body release and realign without force.

Message me “PAIN” if you want to see if I can help.
