~ A little update from my mobile massage studio ~
I know it’s been a very long time since I’ve been on the road, and I wanted to finally let you all know what has been happening.
In August last year, my mobile massage studio was involved in a T-bone accident in Longford after another driver failed to give way. He was charged with reckless driving and, to give him credit, he was very honest with police about what had happened. He explained that he had been travelling very fast while looking at Google Maps for an address relating to something he was trying to buy through Facebook Marketplace.
The impact was incredibly intense, and sadly, my mobile studio was written off. Thankfully, both drivers were unharmed.
I truly thought I’d be back on the road much sooner. I never expected the setbacks along the way to take quite so long to overcome. Every time I thought I was getting close, something else seemed to come up and put things on hold again.
Over the past 12 months, I’ve been working hard behind the scenes to create a brand-new mobile massage studio which is much bigger!
I was finally making good progress when, in February this year, the solar panels were stolen from the roof of my partially completed new studio. 😔
Unfortunately, this caused damage to the roof, and the subsequent water damage affected the electrical wiring and equipment inside. So, frustratingly, the process had to start again.
There have definitely been moments over the past year when I’ve wondered if I was ever going to get there, but I haven’t given up! I’m continuing to work towards completing my new mobile studio, and hopefully get back on the road before the end of this year. 🤞
One of the things I’ve missed most is getting out and about, seeing all of you, doing what I love and experiencing more of beautiful Tasmania at the same time! ❤️
I am still seeing clients at my massage clinic in Evandale. Bookings can be made via phone or www.muscularpainrelief.com.au
I’m truly sorry that I haven’t kept you all updated along the way. I never intended to disappear, and I certainly never expected to be off the road for anywhere near this long. I know some of you have been patiently waiting for me to return, and I honestly cannot thank you enough for your patience, understanding and continued support.
