Programming will not vary significantly dependent on the Goals of the client.

The fundamental principles will continue to apply.

Although, the way in which this is approached by the individual is where we will see a marked difference.

And this is where the good are separated from the great.

230P / 60F / 435C.
12,000 Step Count.
No Direct Cardiovascular Training.

Despite pure chaos in my Work and Personal World (the good kind of chaos), we continue to shift.

Stress is high, but I’m grateful that it doesn’t tend to impact my progression. Therefore, this becomes a mere box ticking exercise.

96.20kg today - by some way the best I’ve looked here.

For the next one, I think I owe my clippers a date.

Day by day.

Another snippet from our Podcast with George Adams.

Australia is a Competitive Scene, with only 2 IFBB Pro Cards on offer per year. Therefore, the weight of the achievement proves true.

Additionally, to be able to do that in front of your people is an awesome feat.

Post Prep, we need to gain weight.

And we need to return back to a comfortable baseline as fast as possible.

This is necessary for re-establishing health.

And the longer we starve off a healthy level of weight gain, the longer we will remain in a compromised state.

This doesn’t mean put on 10.0kg in a week, nor does it mean eat till your heart’s content.

But it does re-affirm the point that we should not fear a progressive northerly shift - and ultimately, a shift away from conditioning which is unsustainable in the context of health and life.

A little shout out to the man Kris.

About a year into our journey and initially coming on with a Quadricep Tendon Tear in his Quadricep.

No excuse.

A couple of cuts later and this transformation doesn’t even begin to represent the magnitude of change.

Between the two photos, you’re only looking at a couple of kg.

But boy, the changes are dramatic.

We finally have a full Lower Body Training Program in the rotation, and now it’s time to continue to chip away at the craft.

Let’s keep doing business brother.

Gut Health.

The Fundamentals matter most.

And your Nutrition is one of those Fundamentals.

Until this is controlled to 100% capacity, there’s often little point in delving further.

That’s not to say it’s always going to be Nutrition-Mediated.

But mark this as a pre-requisite before digging into your pocket and experimenting with the latest protocol.

Although as always, context is everything.
