The common question I get asked: what supplements do you actually take?

Here is the honest answer:

Sodi Electrolytes and Creatine before my morning coffee, for cognitive benefits but also maintaining lean muscle. Unflavoured Marine collagen in my coffee. Chief Protein powder in my overnight wheatbix (my long-standing fav breaky). Zinc, Vitamin C, Omega’s and Beef liver capsules.

This stack is built around my specific goals: postpartum, recovery, focus and clarity, skin health, and hitting daily protein to maintain lean muscle.
