🏊‍♀️ A look back at SPARK 2026 Swim Conference!

We loved connecting with the swimming community at SPARK 2026 and sharing how Max Biocare Group is bringing swim care innovation to swimmers of different ages.

There was plenty of science in action too, with our Head of Research & Innovation, Dr George Thouas, demonstrating how quickly our after-swim cleansing formulations can neutralise chlorine.

Alongside our swim care ranges, we showcased a selection of Max Biocare supplements supporting active lifestyles, bringing together our broader approach to everyday health, wellness and performance.

Nutritionist Wellness Advice | Fibre for Everyday Wellbeing

Adults are recommended to aim for around 25 g of fibre per day for women and 30 g for men.

What can that look like across a day? Think wholegrain toast and fruit at breakfast, a chickpea and veggie-filled lunch, a handful of nuts for a snack, and plenty of vegetables with a wholegrain at dinner.

Small additions of wholegrains, legumes, fruit, vegetables, nuts and seeds can all help increase your daily fibre intake.

At Max Biocare, science is at the heart of what we do — and this National Science Week, we’re celebrating both our scientists and the next generation of STEM talent.

We’re proud to recognise Dr George Thouas, Head of Research & Innovation; Dr Chivukula Sekar, Head of Regulatory Affairs & Quality; and Dr Christopher Halkias, Senior Research & Innovation Scientist, who recently shared their time, knowledge and expertise through our STEM program.

Through hands-on activities and mentoring, our team supported students to explore real-world science, ask questions and develop their understanding of where a future in STEM can take them.
