I see so many women over 50 carrying more than just back pain… they’re carrying the belief that it can’t change.

They tell me, “I thought by now I’d feel free… lighter… doing more of what I love.”
Instead, there’s stiffness in the morning or that dull ache that never quite leaves, and a quiet frustration that whispers, “Maybe this is just how it is now.”
But here’s what I’ve learned through my work…

That pain isn’t just physical. It’s often a reflection of how we’ve been living, pushing, striving, holding ourselves tight to meet expectations because we’ve been taught that effort must be hard to be worthwhile.
So we override the body and ignore the warning signals.
And slowly… we lose that sense of ease.

What if there is another way?
In my work, I guide you to slow down, to listen, sense, and feel again.
to rediscover how your body is designed to move with support, with balance, with freedom.
And something happens, a shift takes place.
Your back begins to soften. Movement feels lighter.
And those held beliefs begin to change. They don’t feel so far away anymore.

You’re not stuck. Your body is simply waiting to be heard.
👉 If this resonates, I’d love to hear from you 🌿

I remember a time when I believed that to feel strong, I had to push through discomfort to try harder, do more, and ignore what my body was quietly telling me.🌿
Many of the women I work with now share this same belief.

They have dreams to travel, to walk freely, to enjoy life without constantly thinking about their back.

Yet each morning begins with stiffness, with simple movements being difficult and that underlying ache that never quite goes away..
They become cautious.

They question themselves, “Will my back cope?”
And little by little, they stop doing the things that once they enjoyed.
What I’ve come to understand is this…
It’s not a lack of strength that keeps us stuck.
It’s how we are using ourselves.

Through my work, I gently guide you to slow down, to sense and feel how you move.
To discover a different kind of strength one that comes from support, not strain.

And from here, something begins to change.
Your back feels lighter.
Movement becomes easier.
And those dreams start to feel possible again.
Because when you trust your body, you begin to trust your life again.

👉 If you’re ready to move with less pain and more easy, I’d love to guide you. Send me a message to begin your journey.

💔The Quiet Cost of Back Pain”
• “It’s not just pain that stops me in my tracks.”
• “It’s saying no to walks to keep fit”
• “To playing with grandchildren”
• “To feeling like yourself”
I see and hear this so often with women clients.
It’s not just the pain in your back; it’s the limiting belief that this is the way it has to be.
It’s the things you slowly stop doing.
The life that becomes smaller without you even noticing.
And the hardest part?
You begin to believe this is just how it is now.
Please believe me, your body hasn’t given up on you.
It’s waiting for a different conversation with you for a change.
There is another way to feel and move. If you're curious, message me “EASE’and I’ll share more. 🌿

“When you touch one thing with deep awareness, you touch everything.”
Thich Nhat Hanh

This quote always stops me in my tracks.
Because it reminds me that nothing we do in our body is ever just one thing.
The way you place your foot on the ground…
The way you turn your head…
The way you breathe as you reach for a cup…

When you slow down enough to really feel one small movement, you’re not just moving a shoulder or a hip, you’re meeting your whole nervous system.
So often we’ve been taught that change only comes from effort, from trying harder, from pushing through. But my experience, both personally and through my work, shows me something very different.

When you bring deep awareness to one simple movement, the brain starts to reorganise.
The nervous system softens.
Balance improves.
Strength appears not from effort, but from support.
What if the next time you moved, you didn’t try to fix anything…
What if you simply noticed?

Sometimes, that’s all it takes. If you're interested in learning more DM me.
