I have been on just a healthy eating plan .. and have lost a size and j clothes … not a cazy starve yourself / deny yourself plan ..: basically be organised … no need for a company to do it .. when it is soooo much fun to do it yourself and make friends with your market friends x

I remember dancing to his television show and following his recipes on television.

The basics are really simple when you remind yourself.

Be upfront and honest with your restaurant.

Would you look at a menu and order 2 tablespoons of butter?

Hopefully the answer is no.

Some people order the steamed fish or chicken and vegetables with all good intentions when they are watching their weight, but do you know how much butter goes in to these dishes to make them taste nice in most cases?

Tell your waiter that you really would prefer no butter or huge amounts of oil in your dish, especially your steamed vegetables and ask for your dressings to be put in a bowl on the side. That way you can control the amount of dressings (and fats) in your dish.
