At Specialcise our specifically tailored programs are designed to not only meet typical exercise goals such as increasing fitness, strength, and building muscle and confidence; but we have also incorporated important brain development exercises to enhance fine motor, gross motor and core development of our clients. Specialcise is a program that includes what is needed for people with special need

s; repetition, visuals, music, exercise, and relaxation. A program that provides lots of learning opportunities and new experiences. A structured exercise program for people with special needs. Our motto at Specialcise is: Don’t underestimate what someone is capable of if given the opportunity. Specialcise is not just a gym for disabilities, but a carefully structured and planned program for people with special needs. This engaging program will ensure kids and adults have fun while they are getting fit and active. The program includes warm up exercises, games, workout program and warm down. We are excited to be able to offer our program to Personal Trainers wanting to find a niche in the market for their business, or Gym owners wanting to expand their clientele. Our Programs include everything you need to know about training people with special needs. It’s that time of year again! ☀️

Come along and support our hardworking SLES trainees at the Specialcise Markets – a fun-filled event where they’ll be showcasing their customer service and hospitality skills in action!

🌭 Grab a bite with our $2 sausage sizzle!

☕ Enjoy a freshly made coffee from Specialbeans, our mobile coffee van, where our trainees will be showing off their barista training.

🍰 Browse and buy a range of homemade products created by the trainees themselves.

It’s a great chance to say hello, support their progress, and maybe even discover something new if you haven’t visited Specialcise before.

We’d love to see some familiar faces – and new ones too – so come down next Wednesday and be part of the community!
