Men’s Mental Health Week 💙

This week is a reminder to check in - not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.

Too many men still feel pressure to stay silent or “push through”, despite men being significantly more likely to experience poor mental health and die by su***de. Conversations, support, and early intervention can make a real difference.

A simple check-in, asking “Are you okay?”, or encouraging someone to seek support could mean more than you realise.

Say hello to Matt 👋

The one who started it all and still the driving force behind Enlarge Living today.

What began in 2018 as a focus on creating quality housing options has grown into something much bigger. Matt’s vision has always been about giving people with disability more choice and control where they live, who they live with, and how they live their lives.

Since then, that vision has evolved. From building over 50 homes across the region, to expanding into Coordination of Supports, and now supporting other organisations through auditing and consultancy, it’s all been about raising the standard and helping others navigate the NDIS space with confidence.

With years of experience and a real passion for doing things properly, Matt’s not just building homes - he’s building opportunities, stronger services, and a better future for the sector. 🌱
