With everything going on in the world, it can sometimes feel like we’re surrounded by constant negativity. If you’re feeling that way, it might be a good time to take a step back from social media and reconnect with the simple things that lift your spirits .

Put on your favourite music, get outside, go for a walk or a bike ride , spend time in the garden, or catch up with friends . Whilst we can’t control everything happening around us , we can choose how we spend our time and where we place our focus .

So take a moment today to enjoy the beautiful weather , appreciate the things that make Sundays special . And who knows as the great singer Paul Kelly wrote and I am so lucky to have seen him last night . From little things big things grow … Happy Sunday 🌟😊
