A little reminder about our cancellation policy

When you book an appointment at Euneek You Health, that time is reserved specifically for you.

Our appointments are intentionally generous in length so that your care doesn't feel rushed. There is time to listen, understand what is happening, provide treatment and give you the individualised care you deserve.

Because that time has been specifically reserved for you, late cancellations can have a significant impact on our little clinic, particularly when there isn't enough time to offer the appointment to another patient who has been waiting.

We also want to help you avoid cancellation fees wherever possible.

To help, we send:

📧 An email reminder approximately 48 hours before your appointment
📱 A text reminder approximately 24 hours before your appointment

If you realise you can no longer attend, please contact us as soon as possible.

🤍 More than 24 hours notice
No cancellation fee.

🤍 Less than 24 hours notice
A cancellation fee of up to 80% of your appointment fee may apply.

🤍 Less than 3 hours notice or a missed appointment
A cancellation fee of up to 100% of your appointment fee may apply.

We understand that unexpected and exceptional circumstances happen, and where appropriate these can be considered individually.

Our cancellation policy allows us to protect the practitioner time reserved for your care, offer available appointments to people who are waiting, and continue providing the unrushed and individualised care that is so important to us.

🩸 You’ve had your blood tests done… now what?

You get the results back. A page full of numbers, abbreviations and reference ranges.
Maybe you’ve been told everything is “fine”... but you’re still tired, bloated, struggling with your cycle, feeling flat, dealing with pain, or just generally not feeling like yourself. This is exactly why we created our Pathology Analysis Appointments

These are focused 30 minute appointments for our existing patients where Synta can sit down with your recent pathology results and actually walk you through them.

🔬 What are we looking at?

We don’t just want you to know whether something has been flagged high or low. We want you to understand:

🌴 What each marker actually does in the body
🌊 How your results compare with previous testing
🌴 Patterns we may be seeing across multiple markers
🌊 How those results may relate to the symptoms you’ve been experiencing
🌴 Whether the things we’ve been working on are moving in the direction we want
🌊 How your results may influence your current naturopathic or acupuncture treatment plan
🌴 Whether there are areas we may want your GP or specialist to investigate further

Because pathology can give us another little window into what is happening inside your body. These appointments can be particularly useful when you’ve recently had repeat blood tests, you’re monitoring something we’ve previously discussed, or you simply want more time to properly understand your results without taking up your regular treatment appointment.

🌿 A few important bits

Pathology Analysis Appointments are currently available to existing EYH patients only, because Synta interprets your results within the context of your health history and ongoing care. Results need to be sent through to us at least 5 business days before your appointment so Synta has time to properly review and prepare. And, as always, our pathology analysis is complementary healthcare support. It doesn’t replace medical interpretation or follow up with your GP or specialist.

Because sometimes seeing the numbers is one thing.

Understanding what they might mean in the bigger picture is another.

Last weekend I had the absolute privilege of sitting in a room filled with some incredible leaders in the acupuncture world 🥹✨

Not only did I get to share the space with these absolute rockstars, but I also got to soak up so much of their knowledge, experience and wisdom around building a practice, creating a brand and actually making this whole practitioner life sustainable.

Even though I’ve been practising acupuncture for a few years now, there are still SO many moments where I feel like a complete novice 😆 And I think that’s why weekends like this are so valuable.

There is always more to learn. More ways to grow. More ideas to bring home. More opportunities to look at what we’re creating at Euneek You Health and think, “Okay… how can we make this even better?” 🤗

I came home with a very full brain, a slightly terrifying number of ideas 😂 and a whole lot of excitement for where EYH is heading.

For any allied health practitioners who feel like they need a little guidance around building a practice that is sustainable AND actually works for the life they want to live, I highly recommend following Mandy from and keeping an eye out for any future practitioner conferences.

We wanted to welcome you into a little bit of the behind the scenes of creating our clinic 🤗🌴🌊

When we created this space, every little element was thoroughly overthought 😂 because we wanted the clinic to feel like more than somewhere you come for an appointment. We wanted it to feel like a little safe haven. Somewhere you can walk in, exhale, switch off for a while and let someone else take care of you.

So we thought about all the tiny things 

💡 Dimmable lighting so we can keep things gentle on your eyes

🔥 Warming blankets on every treatment bed because being cold during an acu nap is simply unacceptable

🛏️ Super comfy, extra long and wide treatment tables with multiple movable sections so we can mould the bed around YOU and find your ultimate acu nap position

💧 Adorable complimentary water bottles to keep you hydrated

🪑 Extra wide chairs with spare cushions so you can get comfy during your consult

🎶 Gentle background music while we chat, plus noise cancelling headphones when it is time to switch off and nap

😴 A coeliac safe weighted eye pillow to help your eyes relax and block out the world for a little while

🤎 A warm, neutral colour palette designed to feel calming and, importantly, complement your outfit 😂 (make sure to tagg us # )

🌿 A reception stocked with many of the supplements you may be prescribed, so sourcing them does not become another job added to your mental load

🧸 A little space for your little ones to play, because having them with you should not mean having to compromise your own care

And there are so many more tiny little glimmers throughout the clinic that have been chosen with intention.

Our hope was to create that feeling of a little getaway within your day. A place where, for an hour or two, you can put everything else down and just be looked after. 🤍
