Ipswich Nurses is seeking caring and reliable Support Workers to provide in‑home aged care and palliative care supports.
✅ Short personal care shifts
✅ Respite care
✅ Active overnight shifts

✨ What you’ll be doing
• Personal care and daily living support
• Assisting with medications (as trained and per care plans)
• Providing comfort, reassurance and companionship
• Supporting clients and families during palliative and end‑of‑life care
• Following care plans and escalating concerns appropriately
• Working as part of a supportive, nurse‑led team
