Over the years I have studied many fields and theories to achieve my qualifications, and I can honestly say that many of those hours did feel like work at times. However my desire to work with people mentally, physically, emotionally, energetically, sp
iritually & nutritionally has kept me moving forward. We often hear the approach to wellness being about the ability to treat the whole person, not just the symptoms nor the behaviour. We are no doubt a species of complexities. Our inner world is mirrored in our external environment and our external environment impacts our internal world. My goal is to provide clients with tools to own their own inner and outer lives. Once we understand ourselves, we develop a deeper understanding of the world around us. My favourite saying is "I am the most interesting person I know". When we know the inner workings of our mind and body there exists a kind of fascination at how we make sense of the world we view, create and experience. If you desire to experience something different in any area of your life, then your perception of who you are and the choices you make must be challenged and converted into lightness, hence wellness. Let's take the seriousness out of heavy and hard by transform it into action. Action is always KEY, however my style is to sprinkle it with a little humour on top :)
