One of the funny things about doing this work is eventually having to take your own advice.

I’ve spent years encouraging people to create space, listen to themselves and to pay close attention when they’re being pulled in a new direction… & lately, I’ve realised there’s been a little voice in the back of my mind doing exactly that.

CBC has grown into something incredibly special and I’m so proud of what I have built over the last few years.

But I’ve found myself becoming more excited by what the next chapter of CBC could look like. One that allows for more creativity, more collaborations, more flexibility and more opportunities to bring incredible experiences to life in ways I haven’t been able to before.

So after a lot of reflection, I’ve decided it’s time to listen. Swipe through for the update 🤍

Hiiii. I’m back.

I went pretty MIA on socials from mid to late last year. Outside of class schedules and the occasional reminder, I just didn’t have the capacity for it.

Consuming content, thinking about content, creating content, trying to keep up… it all just felt like extra noise.

Stepping back has been needed and reminded me it’s not always that things aren’t working. Sometimes your focus is just too scattered and pulled in too many directions instead of being poured into what’s actually yours.

I didn’t need more information. I needed less distraction.

Now this isn’t some dramatic comeback and definitely no promises of daily posting. Just me showing up here and sharing what I want, when I want.
