🐝 I want to share what a recent card pull from a connection deck has helped me to do to change my mindset. The card read

“What habit would you like to break & what habit would you like to grow?”

With everything going on, it’s easy to get caught up in the negativity. I’ve been there too, diving deep into conspiracy theories and corruption stories. But I’ve realized that I need to focus on what I can control to keep my head and heart happy!

3 things I’m doing to reclaim my happy place!

1. I’m swapping doom scrolling for love scrolling - sharing posts that make me happy and blocking the ones that don’t!

2. I’m reconnecting with friends on here, because let’s be real, that’s why we’re on social media in the first place.

3. I’m making time for the things and people I love!

I thought I’d start throwing a few more tips and tricks around for you. Starting with this beautiful diffuser blend I’ve been using lately to help me focus and stop overthinking!! 😣

The cleansing, purifying and invigorating properties of lemon both physically and mentally make it a versatile oil but here I focused on its properties to assist the release of worries and to enable a peaceful and focused mind.

Get your head back in the game concentrate on the now and what you can control!

🐝 Finding it hard to get the last of the gel from bottle. Try warming it slightly in a bowl of warm water. It will make it a little runny but still fine to use!
