Before you swap your winter skincare, check in with your skin. 🌿

Spring approaching doesn’t automatically mean you need a lighter moisturiser, a stronger cleanser, or a shelf full of new products.

Start with these three checks:

How does your moisturiser feel?
If it still keeps your skin comfortable, keep it. Consider a lighter texture only if your current one feels too heavy.

Has your day changed?
More exercise and sweating may mean adjusting when you cleanse. Keep it gentle—extra scrubbing and repeated washing aren’t the goal.

Are your sun-protection habits keeping up?
Check your local UV throughout the year. When UV reaches 3 or above, combine broad-spectrum, water-resistant SPF50 or SPF50+ sunscreen with protective clothing, a broad-brimmed hat, shade, and sunglasses.

Apply sunscreen generously 20 minutes before heading outdoors. Reapply every 2 hours outdoors and immediately after swimming, sweating, or towel-drying. Extended outdoor time or reflective surroundings can call for protection even below UV 3.

For skincare changes, start with one adjustment and observe how your skin responds. If your routine is working, there’s no need to overhaul it.
