❤️relationships : are you kind to yourself & do you know YOU MATTER
🧘‍♀️do you speak youth & health into the cells of your body….its listening
🌸are you of service….giving releases oxytocin & hormones that make YOU feel good & stay healthy
🧡ultimately can you be your own healer & gently thank those souls like your parents who may have taught you to put everyone else first…then alchemise this into your greatest life lesson. YOU MATTER
We will be exploring all of this on our next bali retreat. So if you’re someone who knows you burn out from over giving and over doing this might be the best thing you do for your future self. ❤️

Whatever you’re praying for always keep it in perspective…
Life has a way of humbling us & I think it’s easy to lose sight of how much we have before reaching for more.
If your dream man or job hasn’t appeared or your business isn’t scaling like some smoke n mirrors one you’ve seen on the illusionary world of socials remember right now a mother is on her knees in a hospital praying her child responds to cancer treatment. The western world spins us off our gratitude centre if we’re not careful.
Springs mantra: I have enough, I do enough, I AM enough”

Never underestimate the Power of Spirit.
I’m certainly not American Indian but on this day you can see an Eagle to the right of my hands as I was calling upon the spirit of the Eagle on my Sacred land I was raised 🦅🦅🦅
Schools never taught us the power we have inside but I surely didn’t let that stop me from building a life long career on it. All that you ever needed to be powerful is inside you.
