The beautiful is a premium venue that has us speechless every time we walk in the doors… what a privilege it is to gather and practice in this spectacular setting.

The most beautiful thing is… this group arrived as strangers, and left as family. Still catching up regularly to this day. THAT is the magic ✨

Rain falling.
Weighted vests.
Gloves on.

This was our last women’s retreat and these brave souls didn’t come to play safe and small.

These beautiful souls unleashed every bit of their sweat, tears, muscles, bones.

Because there is nothing noble about holding yourself back.

And there is nothing inspiring about hiding and playing small.

Every push.
Every breath.
Every drop of rain.

A deep release, a shedding, a remembering.

We grow up learning how to fit in and stay safe.

But no one teaches us how to step fully into our own power, into our truth, into our limitless self.

So we practiced exactly that.

We met our limits, again and again.

Together.

And it is SO INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL to witness.

The St Kilda Festival has officially invited Feel Good Flows to take on the BIG STAGE.

We’re incredibly honoured to be chosen by the and St Kilda Tourism as the yoga offering for Melbourne’s biggest community music festival of the year - 🙌🏻

This moment reflects years of community building, consistency, and creating open-air wellness experiences that bring people together.

To celebrate St Kilda’s rise as a wellness destination for Melbourne, brings running, yoga, ocean swimming and breakfast boogies all together as one powerful morning - all for a good cause.

SUNDAY 15th FEB will be on the main stage of , led by .with.love and supported by Melbourne’s number one sound healing artist, .
