Well, finally next week things will settle back into my normal days of Wednesday and Friday. I'm already fully booked for next week, taking bookings for Wednesday 17th and Friday 19th June.

To keep everyone safe, Im wearing a mask and doing lots of extra cleaning so the place is shining and lemon fresh! Also asking that people wait in their cars out front to avoid cross over in the waiting room. I'll come out to call you in when ready.

I think mother nature has forgotten to change her calendar. Autumn has arrived but still feels like summer. The unstable air over the next few days might bring out some aches and pains.

I have appointments left tomorrow at 11.30am, 2.15pm and 3.30pm. On Friday I have a couple of spots available at 11.30am and 2.15pm.

Another hot week ahead. Heading to the pool is a good way to cool off, if you can.

I'm starting to see some stiff necks coming into my clinic. If the night cools down a lot after a warm day, we don't pull our doona up to our chin and can get a chill in the neck and feel very stiff and sore. Remember to protect your neck on cool mornings
