Our intention at Yoga Tree is to provide a space where you can establish or refine a yoga practice that creates optimal conditions for a strong healthy body. We recognise and honour the multi-dimensional nature of each individual and with this in mind create classes which are thoughtfully sequenced , balanced and safe. We teach self-awareness to encourage self-care, which is often overlooked in o

ur busy lives. In addition to working on the physical body, we offer relaxation, breathing and meditation techniques in each class that aim to positively impact your life, in a relaxed and fun environment.

Winter schedule Term 3 Yoga Tree Stanthorpe starts Monday 13 July! Have you considered a monthly or 3 monthly pass which offers more classes for less???

Pilates, Restorative, vinyasa, yin, chair, flow, kids, gentle yoga 🧘 …. some days our bodies need different movement medicine. A monthly pass allows you the opportunity to respect and honour your body on a class by class basis , which is really what yoga is all about 🥰

Chair Yoga is an awesome way to move , breathe, feel and experience a movement practice without the need to get up and down off the floor.
We practice hatha yoga, explore breath, relax and meditate ~ all with support of chair, wall, ropes … or not.

It’s your choice, but know options are available to allow you to feel alive in your body and peace in your heart ❤️ ALL bodies welcome 🙏 This is a relaxed and joyful yoga class. $15 or less for a block pass.
