Our southern Downs mounted archery club got off to a flying start today with Tess competing in her first comp run by Kimberley Robertson at her lovely venue. Tess despite less than 5 hours practice on horseback and only a bit more ground archery managed to score a first place in the trot raid run and 4th in canter run. Woohoo!!

Had a great mounted archery group session at my place Saturday. Ground archery and some gentle ridden. Zouk was a superstar calmly letting 2 people ride him at a walk and trot on a short run shooting at a single target, while Honey softly walked and trotted for me too:) we hope to do this monthly at mine until we find a more suitable venue.
