Happy New Year our wonderful community!
After a little break and some down time over Xmas, we’re excited to let you know we’ll be returning to our usual operations from next week. Aside from individual appointments, this year, we’re looking at offering some new activities and groups, and we’d love to know what you think and gage interest, so we know what to prioritise.
Would you be interested in:
• A supportive parenting group centred on mindful, low-demand strategies for managing challenging behaviours
• Stress and emotion management sessions designed for those living with chronic conditions like pain or FND
• A ‘growing through play and nature’ group for kids, helping to build emotional resilience
• A fortnightly Neurodiversity-Affirming, Wellbeing Group for Adults covering DBT skills
• A Mental Wellbeing for Equestrians group focussing in boosting your confidence and find a greater sense of calm, both in and out of the saddle (theory/ psychological skills based, non-ridden)
• Monthly Sound Meditations
