Happy hump day Strath. It’s a bit cold and damp but the fire’s on and the soup’s hot 😍

Bread’s in. Lots of organic sliced sourdoughs and fruit buns to choose from 🍞🍞🍞

Flower bar is full of beautiful local blooms. This week we have poppies, alstroemerias, fragrant orientals, liliums and zinnia posies 💐💐💐

We finally have bulk South Aussie white vinegar back in stock 😊

Alexandrina Cheese Co milk, creams and cheeses due in today 🥛 🧀

Spray free frozen blueberries also due in today 🫐

TOMS Kitchen here until 230pm with all the delicious gluten free things to warm your cockles including spiced roast pumpkin and sweet potato soup with crispy pepitas, creamy leek and potato soup, roast veg frittata, spiced apple, fig and walnut cake with vanilla maple drizzle and a banana, cacao and h**p loaf with raspberries. Plus salads, falafel bowls, veggie wraps and delicious De Groot organic coffee.

Happy Friday Strath 😊

What do you need for your weekend plans?

Organics are in. This week we have broccoli, coloured carrots, capsicums, onions, Dutch Cream potatoes, butternut and j*p pumpkin, red and green cabbages and Ashbourne cauliflowers 😊

We have a couple of new products this week. Cocosoul coconut water with dark chocolate (it’s delicious!) and Ashton Valley sparkling apple and pineapple juice.

Organic blackstrap molasses are finally back in stock. We waited a while for those.

We still have Green Valley strawberries! Here until they are gone and after this season there will be no more so maybe stock up and freeze them. I would 😏

We have local spray free sweet and crunchy Josephine pears from Ashbourne, perfect size for snacking and lunch boxes.

TOMS Kitchen here until 230pm with all the delicious GF things. We still have cream of mushroom soup, grab some take away and use it on your steak or schnitty. It’s the perfect mushie sauce.
There are mango & salted coconut chia pots (vegan), falafel bowls (vegan), salads and choc bars. All good to grab if you don’t feel like cooking 😊

Happy Friday Strath 😊

It’s a soup kinda day. TOMS kitchen has cream of mushroom soup and spiced roast pumpkin soup today. They will warm your cockles. Take some mushie soup home and have it on your steak or schnitty. It makes a perfect sauce 😍

Newmans horseradishy things all restocked. Just in time for that roast you are cooking up this wet weekend. Grab a local organic cauli from Ashbourne and some Alexandrina Cheese Company shredded cheese and make cauliflower cheese. Yes please!

We have new South Australian made GF crackers in store from The Small Batch Cracker Co. They are made from good clean ingredients and 100% Australian brown rice. Perfect for your grazing boards or for binge watching Netflix with your favourite dip tonight 😍

Organics are in. This week we have organic caulis from Ashbourne, red capsicum, zucchini, good looking Dutch Cream potatoes, brown onions, and a variety of carrots. Eat the rainbow 🌈

There are plenty of beautiful local native posies for that special someone 💐💐

Happy Tuesday Strath. Chilly start wasn’t it but turned out pretty mild!

New week, lots of fresh new stock.

This week sees us coming towards the end of plum season, with citrus now getting tastier and cheaper. The mandarins are good eating. 🍊

Pears are so delicious at the moment. We have duchess and red sensations. 🍐

Everyone’s fave Patritti dark grape juice and golden muscatel juice back in stock.

We have great organic caulis from Ashbourne this week. Great for roasting, steaming or making cauliflower purée. Here until they are gone 😊

Organic sourdough breads and fruit buns are in tomorrow and Alexandrina Cheese Co milk, cream and cheese in on Thursday.

TOMS Kitchen here again this week with all the delicious gluten free things including roasted heirloom root veg salad with feta, toasted walnuts and sticky pomegranate drizzle and a berries and custard chia pot (vegan). Tomorrow’s menu also includes cream of mushroom soup and Lo carb high protein wraps with Maidment's Meat Service smoked chicken and maple caramelised onion.

Cocosoul coconut milk is finally back in stock! Hurrah 🥥

We are fully restocked with Gut Feeling krauts and kimchis. The chunky kimchi is my fave ❤️

Brookfarm mueslis and granolas fully restocked, along with organic raw cacao and Good Fish tinned fish.

It’s the end of the week again already. And the end of school holidays. They went by in a flash!

Our Lo carb high protein feta and avo wraps sold out in record time today! But don’t worry they will be back on the menu in TOMS Kitchen next week 😍

Reminder we are CLOSED tomorrow for Anzac Day. I’m sure we will see many of you at the dawn service tomorrow. Lest we forget 🙏🏻

Back open as usual on Tuesday morning with all the delicious things.

What a beautiful sunny autumn week we are having. Back to salads and watermelon weather!

New week, lots of fresh new stock 😍

Bread’s in. Plenty of organic sliced sourdoughs and GF Precinct breads 🍞🍞

Flower bar has some gorgeous local and affordable blooms this week 💐💐

We have spray free pink lady apples and lemons from the Mypolonga peach man. They are also delicious! 🍎 🍋

New chilled drink alert. Turmeric gingerade. Great anti-inflammatory and great for gut health.

TOMS Kitchen here with all the delicious gluten free things including choc bars, chia pots, roast veg frittata, spiced roast pumpkin and sweet potato soup with crispy pepitas, salads, falafel bowls and cakes. Yum 😊

Note that we will be CLOSED on Anzac Day this coming Saturday so pop in this week to grab your weekend goodies.

Happy Friday Strath 😊

How up and down is the temperature? Yesterday was salad weather, today is soup weather! We have spiced roast pumpkin and sweet potato soup with crispy pepitas and a hearty Tuscan bean soup with fresh lemon and thyme today in TOMS Kitchen. Yum 😊

Organics are in. This week we have broccoli, eggplant, capsicums, swedes, orange, purple and yellow carrots, Dutch Cream potatoes, brown onions and garlic. Our fresh ginger and turmeric are always organic 🧡

We still have some beautiful blooms in our flower bar for that special someone 💐💐

Have you tried a ruby red kiwi fruit? They are delicious! It’s only a limited season so try some while they are here 🥝

We now stock a selection of gluten free sprouted loaves. So good for your gut. They come in every Wednesday 🍞

TOMS Kitchen here until 2pm with all the delicious things including roast Mediterranean veg salad served with a beetroot leaf basil pesto, roast veg frittata, soups, falafel bowls, apple pie overnight oat pots, h**p protein PB cups and everyone’s fave Middle Eastern spiced roast Cauli salad.

Reminder we are closing early at 4pm today. Open again as usual at 830am tomorrow.

Organic sourdoughs, fruit buns and GF Precinct loaves back in today 🍞🍞

Full range of new season spray free apples arrived this week. We have Granny Smiths, pink ladies, Royal galas and golden delicious 🍎🍏

Now’s the time to try a persimmon if you haven’t already! 😊

We have some delicious new products in store. Carwari organic hulled sesame seeds, Ashton Valley apple and strawberry juice and Nutra Naturals strawberry collagen matcha latte. Try a latte in TOMS Kitchen. It’s delicious with almond milk 😍

Soup is back daily in TOMS Kitchen. Tomorrow we have cream of mushroom soup and spiced roast pumpkin soup with crispy pepitas. This week we also have a roast Mediterranean veg salad served with a beetroot leaf basil pesto. We love root to tip cooking. So good 😍

There’s a new cake in the cabinet. H**p protein peanut butter cup. They are a little bit moreish!

Note that we are closing up at 4pm on Friday due to a personal commitment, open our usual hours on Saturday.
