Bed Wetting

Common causes:
Genetic causes
Kidneys producing too much urine at night
Deep sleepers

About 1 in 20 will have bed wetting after 10 years of age.

Nocturnal enuresis: Bell and Pad alarm is the most effective treatment for bed wetting.
Please speak to your doctor if you are unsure.
Also, never punish your child for bed wetting please!!
