This week has been National Palliative Care Week, and I just want to take a moment to honour the incredible humans who walk alongside people and families through some of life’s most tender and vulnerable moments.

To the nurses, doctors, specialists, carers, volunteers, counsellors, social workers, hospice teams, spiritual care workers, wellbeing staff, family caregivers, and every person quietly tending to the emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing of another human being at the end of life….THANK YOU🙏. The work you do matters deeply, and it often not until you are thrown into this space that you witness how much so.

Over the last few years, this space has become incredibly close to my heart. Through supporting my own loved ones in their own transition from this life onwards, to volunteering within the Laurel Hospice wellbeing program. Offering Reiki and companionship to those open to receiving it, I’ve witnessed just how profoundly important holistic support can be for people nearing the end of life. It has changed me immensely!!

While energy work within end of life care can still feel “new” within parts of Australia, this way of supporting the dying is something deeply familiar across many cultures and even hospitals around the world..honouring not only the physical body, but also the emotional and spiritual experience of being human.

I feel incredibly grateful to be part of this work and in offering sacred end-of-life support within my own rural community, while gently advocating for broader and more integrative approaches to care.
Every person deserves to feel held, seen and supported through these transitions.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the Mumma’s out there...past, present, and future.

Today honours the many shapes and forms the mother takes in the physical and in spirit...not just today, but all days... EVERYDAY.

And a special acknowledgement to the women in my lineage and family. The women who didn’t always get it right, but sure as s**t who did the best they could with what they carried, what they survived, and what they knew at the time!! The women who, through struggle, sacrifice, hardship, love, and resilience, created some deep and powerful spaces of opportunity for me to reflect, grow, heal, and become the mum I today!!
And the biggest shout out of all to my mumm!! Our Mazza! Gosh we love you ❤️❤️❤️

A woman who has always shown me that strength does not have to mean hardness. That resilience can live alongside warmth. That softness, joy, love, and ongoing LAUGHTER are profound forms of power and will get you through anything! 🥹🫶🏼

To witness the changes she has made within herself over these past 12 months...the woman she has finally said yes to, the life she now knows she deserves, and the courage it has taken to honour that- has honestly been one of the greatest privileges of my life to witness.

A living reminder of the power a mother can hold.

Hello beautiful community💕

I wanted to share a little update from Hannah Hudson Healing: there are some delicious shifts and changes unfolding over the coming months.

It has been such a beautiful 18 months of opening and sharing my work with you all in my physical studio space in Waikerie. I’ve felt so grateful to hold and connect with so many of you there-it’s truly been a really special, heart-expanding chapter.

And as life does… things move, evolve, and redirect us. I’ve made the decision to relocate my practice back to my home property, and while there are mixed emotions, it also feels really aligned and quietly exciting.

Over the next three Sundays, I’ll still be offering in-person sessions at the studio for anyone who feels called to come in and soak up that space one last time with me.

After that, sessions will temporarily move to Online/Zoom only while I prepare a new, beautiful space here at home to hold and support you all.✨✨

My 1:1 Energy Weaving sessions will absolutely continue, and alongside this, I’ll be deepening my learning and work in Sacred Death Care, which feels like a very natural and potent unfolding within my path.
So, there are definitely some changes and expansions happening, and I really appreciate your patience and support while I navigate this process.

If you’ve been feeling the nudge for an in-person session, I’d love to see you-bookings are open between now and the 26th April✨

Hey good people, this is a reflection on love beyond form, beyond the roles we knew each other through.

A reminder that love, in its truest form doesn’t ask us to shrink our lives….it asks us to live them fully.

This has been such a beautiful piece to learn and understand deeper for my own personal journey and I hope it land with you in whatever way it’s meant to. 💕
