AHHHHHH, the Healing within each and every one of us, and how to reconnect to it. For a long time now I have understood that the mind and body are connected, there is no separation, the mind affects the body, the thoughts create a reality within the body. Often , during body work, I have wanted to help people with their busy minds, their anxieties, their fears, which are creating havoc in the body. So I pursued PSYCH-K and the subconscious belief change. Powerful work in and of itself but still, how do we unlock the trauma, injuries, memories, energetic blockages ,chemical and physical blockages held inside the body, inside the nervous system itself???? Spinal Flow..... Spinal Flow is a gentle and powerful modality which helps create more ease and flow along the spine, the brain and works with the nervous system itself. By working on specific access points, we create more energy and flow in and along the spine and this starts to release the energetic, physical and chemical blockages held along the spine and within the nervous system. By reconnecting with the body's innate ability to heal, its like a switch is activated again, its starts to remember and believe in its ability to heal. Healing happens as the body is allowed to reconnect with a deeper part of itself. This is my latest training. Feeling excited to be sharing this a s a modality soon. Spinal Flow, Spinal Flow!!!!!

Wow, Found this today, this morning on the WimHof group, and decided to go for it. 10 Rounds straight up. I really only meant to do a couple as it wasn't overly comfortable, however I kept going and pushed through.. It felt a little like a cross between rebirthing and climbing a yoga mountain class. Surprisingly, I was able to hold my breath in between for 2 mins , 8 out of the 10 times. Amazing. And by the end, my arms were tingling and vibrating and there had been a definite shift. Amazing stuff. I have since seen that perhaps you should start more slowly, with perhaps 3 rounds, but, hey, I was on a roll. I have been having a few cold creek runs lately too, might have to jump in more often. The power of breath..... Transformative!!

I had a session with an incredible psychic channeller who only connected to the 10th dimension and above. She’s started the session with “I don’t ever do this because I do what you do” and wow was she ever high level. 👽

I really love when I read the comments of people getting chills when listening to my videos or even crying when listening. It’s such an undoubtedly firm confirmation that the vibration is in resonance and even more then that is upgrading you while you consume it. 🧬🧬🧬

I really do consider my sessions DNA activating, and I really do love having them but they are extremely draining on my life force. Besides... if I could take one hour with one person to awaken them or one hour with 30,000 or potentially 100,000 people to awaken them the choice is easy! 😜😜😜
