I’ve wanted to say this for a long time now: “wellness” has gone too far. The gadgets. The never ending fear mongering. Chasing an aesthetic.
A night out with my girlfriends + my space cowboy/PIC was more cardio, more uplifting and more good old fashioned fun than any breathwork class and any moment spent in front of my red light 🚨
That being said, finding our unique flow as a woman, honoring our 28 day cycle, truly nourishing ourselves and sleeping deeply is what sets the stage to feel SO GOOD.
While the margaritas got me moving, the vibration comes from within.
Remember the WHY behind your wellness program. Make it more of a lifestyle you love, rather than a to do list. Nourish yourself and move your body so you can live more fully; not so you spend your life comparing, competing and striving.
Feeling good is what wellness should be all about.
