Down here in Melbourne - Winter has officially arrived!

It’s cold. It’s wet. It’s gloomy.

And most people stop moving!

I get it the couch is cozy and calling your name BUT if you’ve been seated inside all day I invite you to stop scrolling and get up and move your body for 2 minutes (if you follow along to this video) 🤩

Usually when you join at B+BB, you commit to a 9-11 week term. This is to help create long lasting healthy habits and hold you accountable so you can feel + see results.

But as a SPECIAL OFFER to help get you started as we enter a new season, we are offering a 4 WEEK MINI MEMBERSHIP.

It takes around 21-28 days to create a habit, so this membership is the perfect kickstarter to help commit to moving on a more regular basis, start to feel stronger in your body, improve your aerobic fitness and start to enjoy exercising again - all while being supported by an uplifting and welcoming group of women.

Don’t worry, you won’t feel behind! All sessions can be modified to suit where you are at on your fitness journey.

+ MOVE YOUR WAY +
If you’ve been following along with all my “movement” content over the past few weeks, you will see I’m VERY passionate about women moving their bodies in any way possible.

It doesn’t have to be perfect.
It doesn’t have to be “instagram-worthy”.
It doesn’t have to be complicated.

It is the whole reason why Beautiful + Balanced Bodies exists!

I wanted to create a space where women could move their bodies in an achievable way.

That means:
💪 Every session and every exercise can be modified to suit members - wherever they are at on their fitness journey, however they feel on the day and whatever ailments they might be dealing with.

💪 All classes are child friendly so every mum can still move their body without waiting (and hoping) for that alone time which is often rare, without feeling like a burden and without the guilt of putting themselves first.

💪 You choose how often you can come - we have members who come 1x a week and can now do things they never thought they could do. We have members that come a few times a week. We have women that casually come to a Saturday when they can (or when we dance). Because we know all movement matters!

💪 There is NO “pre-baby body”, NO “no pain no gain”, NO “sweat is your fat crying” talk in our studio. This is a safe space where women can move at their own pace without judgement to help every women feel comfortable and confident.

The health and fitness industry has convinced women they need to become a completely different person before they can start.

You need abs.
You need discipline.
You need meal prep containers.
You need matching activewear.
You need to train 6 days a week.
