Not all healing is actually healing.

Somewhere along the way, we started glorifying intensity. We started believing that if something is hard, uncomfortable, has us crying uncontrollably in an epic “release”, is extreme or pushes us to our limits, it MUST be good for us.

But for many women who have spent years living in survival mode, trauma, hypervigilance, burnout, betrayal, grief, abuse, people-pleasing and chronic stress, ….. the nervous system does not need more shock. It needs safety.

It needs softness and a place where it can finally put its weapons, its armour down and finally feel safe enough to take a breath and…..exhale.
At Heart Alchemy Healing Clinic, this is one of the foundations of everything I do.

As a healing facilitator, I am not interested in forcing breakthroughs or in pushing you beyond your capacity.

I am not interested in making your healing another thing you have to “fight” your way through. Because the truth is, many women have spent decades fighting.

Fighting to be heard.
Fighting to be loved.
Fighting to be enough.
Fighting to survive.

Healing should be the place they learn that they no longer have to.

Through Heart Alchemy Healing Clinic and The Theta Code™ process, I create a space of safety, integrity, compassion and genuine connection. A space where the body can begin to recognise that the danger has passed.

Because when the nervous system feels safe, something extraordinary happens. The brain begins to reorganise. The heart begins to open. The subconscious begins to release old survival programs. The superconscious begins to reveal deeper understandings of your experiences.

This is where we start creating coherence between the brain, the heart, the body and the higher aspects of self.

Not through force. Not through shock. Not through screaming like a banshee. Not through reliving and rehashing trauma over and over again.

But through awareness. Through understanding and compassion.

In my sessions, I teach practical tools that help you recognise the patterns that have been running your life and gently begin rewriting them from the inside out.

You do not heal by proving how much more suffering you can endure. You heal when your body finally learns that it is safe enough to stop surviving and start living.

Maybe Eris was never the problem. Maybe the problem was that she refused to stay quiet. The story goes that all of the gods and goddesses were invited to a great celebration except Eris.

The Goddess of Discord 👑 🔥

The one they deemed too disruptive. Too unpredictable. Too inconvenient.Too much. Sound familiar?!!!

So she wasn’t invited. She wasn’t included. She was cast to the edges. And in response, she threw a golden apple into the gathering inscribed with the words: “To the Fairest.”

What happened next wasn’t caused by Eris. It revealed everyone else’s wounds. Their jealousy. Their competition. Their insecurities. Their hunger for power. Their need to be chosen.

The chaos that followed was already there. Eris simply exposed it.

And I’ve realised that’s exactly why people are uncomfortable with Eris energy. Because she doesn’t create distortion. She reveals distortion. She doesn’t create division. She exposes the division that was already there. She doesn’t create wounds.

She illuminates the wounds people have spent years avoiding. And I think that’s exactly what we’re witnessing right now.

Not just in the collective. Not just in the spiritual community. Not just in relationships.

But EVERYWHERE.

The masks are slipping. The BS performances are becoming harder to maintain. The cracks are becoming more than visible.

And suddenly people are showing us who they are. Not because they’ve changed. Because we can finally see.

I’ve spent a lot of my life giving people the benefit of the doubt. Trying to understand the wound underneath the behaviour. Trying to see the good. Trying to hold compassion. Trying to believe the best in people.

And whilst there is beauty in that, there comes a point where compassion without discernment becomes self-abandonment.

There comes a point where constantly understanding everybody else means you stop listening to yourself.

You stop listening to your body. You stop listening to your intuition. You stop listening to the subtle discomfort that has been trying to get your attention for months… sometimes years. You start to SELF ABANDON…. And eventually the soul gets tired of being ignored.

That’s what this week feels like to me.

The soul saying:

“Enough.” Enough overriding what you know. Enough explaining away red flags. Enough making excuses for behaviour that doesn’t align. Enough questioning yourself when your body already has the answer.

Because the truth is, most of us know long before we admit it. We know when something feels off. We know when someone’s words don’t match their energy. We know when we’re being manipulated. We know when someone’s actions don’t align with their teachings. We know when we’re abandoning ourselves.

The issue is rarely that we don’t know. The issue is that we don’t trust what we know. And that is the deepest wound of all.

The more I’ve sat with this Eris energy, the more I’ve realised she isn’t angry.

She’s clear. There’s a difference.

Anger wants to destroy. Clarity simply refuses to participate in illusion. Clarity refuses to call manipulation mentorship.

Clarity refuses to call control leadership.

Clarity refuses to call projection truth.

Clarity refuses to call self-abandonment compassion.

And once clarity arrives, there is no going back.

Because the grief of seeing clearly is still easier than the suffering of pretending you don’t. And maybe that’s why so many women are waking up right now.

Not because we’re becoming harder.

Not because we’re becoming bitter.

But because we’re becoming unwilling to betray ourselves any longer.

We’re becoming unwilling to sacrifice our intuition for belonging.

Unwilling to sacrifice our truth for approval. Unwilling to sacrifice our peace to make other people comfortable. And that changes everything.

Which brings me to today’s Sagittarius ♐️ Full Blue Moon 🌕💙

Sagittarius is the archer. The seeker of truth.

The one who fires the arrow 🔥 🏹 beyond the illusion and into what is real. And under this Full Moon, I don’t believe we’re being asked to find the truth. I think we’re being asked to stop running from the truth we already know. The truth we’ve felt in our body. The truth we’ve whispered to ourselves for years. The truth we’ve been circling around for the last few months that we can’t hide from anymore.

This moon feels like a fire moving through illusion. Burning away what is false. Illuminating what is hidden. And reminding us that freedom has never come from avoiding the truth.

Freedom comes from having the courage to face it. And perhaps that’s the greatest gift of Eris.

Not chaos.

Not conflict.

Not discord.

But the willingness to place the golden apple in the middle of the room and ask:

“Now that you can see it… what are you going to do with it?”

Sharp truth is a medicine. It can shake us awake!! It can tear down illusions and disintegrate webs of lies…

And not everyone will receive it that way. And that’s ok 🙏🏻

Some people will feel it land in their body and become curious.

They’ll sit with the discomfort. They’ll reflect. They’ll be open to asking themselves why it touched a nerve, why they got upset reading something and feeling this need to dismiss rather than understand. They’ll be willing to dive beneath the surface and explore what the truth is showing them.

These are the people willing to descend into the ocean of themselves. The people who understand that growth often begins where comfort ends. That they are here to experience the contrast not reject it.

Others will immediately resist.

They’ll argue. Defend. Dismiss. Attack. Project. Be passive aggressive towards it or the person sharing it. They will make every effort to destroy, belittle and undermine. Not because the truth is wrong. But because the truth touched something they are not yet willing or perhaps even ready to look at.

The EGO will do almost anything to protect an identity it has become attached to. Even if that identity is built on pain and past archetypal experiences. Even if that identity is keeping them stuck, looping or recreating their past hurts. This is the programming of the subconscious mind. The identity built of most ruptured beliefs and lineage trauma if not rewired.

That’s the thing about healing.

The same truth can become a doorway of healing and expansion for one person and a battlefield for another.

One becomes curious. One becomes defensive. One turns inward. One points outward.

One asks “What is this showing me about myself?” The other asks “Who can I blame for making me uncomfortable?”

The difference is readiness.

Because healing has never been about avoiding discomfort. It’s about becoming willing to sit inside it long enough for awareness to emerge, for the lens of perspective to widen.

Awareness is where everything changes and where true transformation begins.

As I said… Sharp truth is medicine. In fact - it is my medicine. I’m not here to wrap people in bubble wrap. I am here to be the illuminating fire 🔥

Not everyone is ready for that. And that’s okay. But those who are…

Those are the people who transform - especially in my space. And those are people who I am open to working with.

I think one of the biggest misunderstandings in healing is that people believe the goal is to get rid of their shadow.

To become more positive.
More spiritual.
More evolved.
More healed.
Always siting in love and light.

But that’s not what I’ve found at all.

The deeper I’ve gone into this work, the more I’ve realised healing is not about becoming less of yourself.

It’s about becoming ALL of yourself.

Because your shadow isn’t the enemy.

Your shadow holds the parts of you that were rejected.

The anger you were told wasn’t acceptable. The grief you never had permission to feel. The boundaries you were punished for having. The truth you swallowed to keep the peace.
The power you learned to suppress because it made other people uncomfortable.
The fire you were told was too much.

And the subconscious mind stores all of it.

Every moment you learned it wasn’t safe to be fully expressed and received.

Every moment you abandoned a piece of yourself to maintain connection and be partly accepted.

Every moment you chose belonging over authenticity and chose love-breadcrumbs instead of unconditional love.

Until eventually you forget where the mask ends and you began.

That’s the illusion.

Most people think they’re healing when they’re actually just building a more spiritual mask and disassociation of their full self.

A more conscious identity.

A more acceptable version of themselves.

While the rejected parts remain locked in the basement of the subconscious still running the show from behind the scenes.

The hypervigilance.
The people pleasing.
The overgiving.
The fear of rejection and judgement.
The need for validation.
The inability to fully receive.

These aren’t character flaws.

They’re fragments. Parts of you still waiting to be seen and integrated. Still waiting to be brought back into wholeness.

Because true healing isn’t found in your light. Your light is easy to love.

True healing happens when your light and shadow stop fighting each other. When the part of you that is soft can sit beside the part of you that is fierce.

When your compassion can sit beside your boundaries. When your heart can sit beside your discernment.

When your feminine can sit beside your inner protector. When your humanity can sit beside your divinity.

That’s integration.

That’s where the subconscious begins to reorganise itself.

Not through rejection. Not through bypassing. Not through demonising what others think is your overreaction. Not through pretending you’ve transcended the wound.

But through bringing every abandoned piece of yourself back home.

Because wholeness was never about becoming someone else. It was always about remembering that every part of you belongs.

Throughout my healing journey, one of the deepest truths I have uncovered is this:

Many of us mistake hypervigilance for love.

We think being emotionally responsible for everybody around us means we are caring, compassionate, emotionally intelligent people.

But often what it really is… is a nervous system that learned very young that safety depended on monitoring everybody else.

Their moods.
Their reactions.
Their triggers.
Their discomfort.
Their ability to cope.

When you grow up in unpredictability, addiction, emotional chaos or trauma, your body adapts.

It learns to read tone before words. Energy before behaviour. Silence before eruption.

You become the one who keeps the peace.
The one who softens themselves. The one who emotionally carries the room and holds the emotional labour in your relationships.

And after enough years, survival no longer feels like survival.

It becomes your identity. It becomes self abandonment dressed up in caring about everyone else’s needs and feelings.

You become “the strong one.”
The hyper independent one.
The emotionally empathetic aware one.

While underneath it all, your own nervous system is silently exhausted from carrying emotional responsibility that was never yours to hold.

One of the most confronting parts of healing is realising how these patterns unconsciously shape every area of your life.

Relationships.
Friendships.
Boundaries.
People pleasing.
Over explaining.
Emotional caretaking.
The inability to fully relax inside your own body.

And for many trauma survivors, especially those who have experienced abuse, sexual violence, assault or deep emotional instability, there is often a profound disconnection and disassociation from the self that occurs.

Because when a child learns early that safety is unpredictable, the nervous system stops developing around trust and starts developing around protection and survival.

You stop listening to your instincts. You override your discomfort. You normalise what hurts. You disconnect from your body. You become more focused on managing external safety than creating internal safety. You say YES when you’re screaming INTERNALLY to say NO.

And eventually, many people unknowingly begin believing that love requires self abandonment. It requires putting everything and everyone above you and your basic needs.

That if they can just love enough, understand enough… soften enough… hold enough…be compassionate enough…

then maybe they will finally feel safe.

But healing eventually brings you to a very humbling realisation:

You can take accountability for your life while still abandoning yourself.

True self responsibility is NOT self blame.
It is NOT hyper accountability.
It is NOT carrying everybody else emotionally.

True self responsibility is learning to protect your own nervous system.

It is learning to honour your body when it says no.
It is learning to trust what you feel instead of overriding it to keep connection and spaces alive that you are actively subconsciously silencing yourself in.
It is learning that somebody else’s emotional reaction is not always yours to fix.

And sometimes one of the deepest wounds many people carry is not that nobody came to save them…

But that somewhere along the way, they stopped showing up for themselves and forgot to save themselves.

Real healing begins when you slowly become the safe place you spent your whole life searching for in everybody else. The safe place your inner child has been searching for desperately your whole life.

Not through hardness.
Not through shutting your heart down.
Not through becoming disconnected.

But through finally loving yourself enough to stop betraying what your body already knows.

This is also why I understand now that trauma does not just live in memories and flashbacks of deep trauma.

It becomes subconscious code.

Nervous system code.
Survival code.
Relational code.

Patterns hardwired through the body over years of unpredictability, unsafety, emotional and psychological neglect, abandonment, abuse and emotional instability.

Patterns that teach:
Love means sacrifice.
Safety lives outside of you.
Your needs are too much and/or dangerous.
You must emotionally carry others to survive and feel loved.

And until those unconscious programs are brought into awareness, the body will continue recreating familiar emotional realities over and over again.

Different faces.
Different relationships.
Different timelines.

Same survival pattern.

This is the deeper work.

Not becoming somebody new.

But finally feeling safe enough to stop abandoning who you already are.

To heal.
To listen to your body.
To honour your boundaries.
To protect your peace without guilt.
To stop handing your nervous system over to people who have never truly known how to hold it with care.
To let go of the pain and suffering all the trauma put you through that you didn’t deserve.

There is grief in realising how much of your life was built around survival.

But there is also profound power in becoming the person who finally says:

“I will not abandon myself anymore. I deserved better and I deserve better”.

I believe that may be one of the deepest healings we can ever experience.

People think triggers are the problem.

They think healing means becoming so “evolved” that nothing affects them anymore.

But triggers are not random.

They are the subconscious mind dragging old code to the surface saying:

“LOOK HERE.
This is still running your life.”

And most people never realise that the intensity of their reaction is usually not about the moment itself. It’s about the memory attached to it. The identity attached to it. The survival program attached to it. The lineage wound connected to it continuing to evolve and expand itself through generation after generation.

That’s why someone not texting back can feel like abandonment. Why being excluded can feel like annihilation. Why criticism can feel like danger. Why betrayal can crack open wounds that are decades old.

Because the subconscious mind does not care about logic. It cares about familiarity.

It will recreate the same emotional loops over and over until you become conscious enough to interrupt the pattern instead of becoming the pattern.

This is where so much “healing work” stays surface level. People are trying to reiki and affirm their way out of wounds that are still wired into their nervous system, identity and subconscious programming.

You cannot “positive mindset” your way out of a subconscious survival code that was built during pain, trauma, rejection, shame or emotional abandonment.

This is why I created The Theta Code™.

Not to bypass triggers. Not to spiritually decorate suffering. Not to scream out trauma like a banshee.. But to actually go into the subconscious gently and identify what is STILL running underneath the reaction.

The beliefs.
The emotional memory.
The identity distortion.
The protective masks.
The programs you formed when your body decided it was no longer safe to fully be you.

And FINALLY REPROGRAM.

Healing doesn’t have to be exhausting or complicated.

Most people are not reacting from their present life. They are reacting from unresolved subconscious memory loops that were never recoded. And the moment you start seeing your triggers differently…
everything changes.

Your trigger stops becoming proof that you are broken.

And starts becoming the doorway back to the parts of yourself that never truly felt safe, seen, chosen or enough.

That’s the work. Not pretending you don’t get triggered.

But becoming conscious enough to understand what the trigger is trying to show you before the subconscious mind turns it into another cycle of self-abandonment.

Because the truth is…
your subconscious mind will either run your life from the shadows…
or you will become conscious enough to reclaim the pen and rewrite the story yourself.

That moment is where your power returns.
Not the fake empowerment.
Not the performative healing.
Not the spiritual masks.

REAL POWER, SOVEREIGN HEALING AND INNER AUTHORITY ✨

The kind that happens when you stop abandoning yourself inside your wounds and finally meet yourself with enough truth to change the code at the root.

The subconscious mind will fight harder to protect a familiar identity built in pain than it will to create a peaceful life.

Even when that identity is destroying you. Crazy right?!

Because if you were taught love through inconsistency… your body starts bonding and conditioning to unpredictability.

If you were taught connection through emotional caretaking… your body starts equating self-abandonment with belonging and people pleasing.

If you were taught that being fully seen led to judgement, punishment, rejection or abandonment… your body learns to fragment itself into versions that feel safer for other people to digest and that showing up in the fullness of you is ⚠️ DANGER.

And after years of doing that… you can forget and not realise you’re even doing it.

That’s the illusion. That’s what you think is your reality. But it’s just trauma programming.

People think they’re making conscious choices while their subconscious is quietly recreating emotional environments that match the original wound because the nervous system is constantly scanning for what feels familiar.

Even if familiar hurts.

Actually- Especially if familiar hurts.

That’s why some people say they want healthy love but feel bored inside safety or self sabotage “safe” situations and relationships.

Why peace feels uncomfortable. Why calm feels suspicious. Why emotionally available people feel “too much” or “not enough.” Why chaos feels magnetic.

The body memorised survival before the conscious mind ever had language for what was happening.

And when you really sit with that…
you start seeing your whole life differently.

You start seeing the friendships you overextended yourself in or tolerated.
The relationships you kept trying to earn yourself inside of or kept accepting the bare minimum in.
The ways you apologised for your emotions or thought you were “too much.
The ways you performed versions of yourself just to avoid being abandoned and the masks you wore to avoid being rejected.

You start seeing that so much of your identity was never actually YOU.

It was adaptation.

That’s why this work goes so deep for me and the sessions I offer are life changing.

Because The Theta Code™ is not just about “healing.” It’s about dismantling the subconscious architecture of survival that has been quietly running your life underneath your awareness.

The emotional memory.
The nervous system conditioning.
The identity structures.
The energetic distortions.
The unconscious loyalties to pain.

And the moment the subconscious stops believing suffering is where love lives…your whole reality starts reorganising itself.

Not because you became someone new.
